As a key member of the Production team, you will collaborate with directors, editors, writers, and creators to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You will own project timelines, budgets, and creative direction while ensuring top quality and brand integrity across all deliverables.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production from concept to delivery for original and licensed entertainment projects.
- Collaborate with directors, editors, writers, and creators to develop compelling narratives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate shoots and post-production.
- Write and refine treatments, scripts, and shot lists; ensure brand alignment across all platforms.
- Oversee editing, color, sound, and motion graphics; ensure high quality deliverables.
- Source and manage talent, locations, and equipment; negotiate contracts and rights when needed.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, talent releases, and union guidelines.
- Monitor content performance and iterate on future projects using data.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years in content production, video, or entertainment industry.
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative direction skills.
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects; familiarity with Final Cut Pro or Avid is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines; willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of rights, releases, and union guidelines SAG-AFTRA preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing short form content across platforms; ability to adapt to brand voice and audience.
