Responsibility
- Provide mobile notary services for loan signings, real estate closings, and general affidavits.
- Schedule and coordinate notary visits with clients, title companies, and lenders.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with California Notary laws.
- Maintain accurate journals and e-notary records; ensure data security and client confidentiality.
- Verify identities, administer oaths, and affix notary seals in accordance with law.
- Communicate clearly with clients; resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist clients with remote or electronic notarization processes when applicable.
Qualification
- California notary public commission in good standing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of notary/loan signing experience preferred.
- Active E&O / Notary Insurance and reliable bonding (where required).
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle; ability to travel within San Francisco.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with notary software, e-sign platforms, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professional appearance.
- Ability to pass background check and comply with privacy regulations.
