Prestige Notary & Legal Services is seeking a meticulous Notary Public to join our growing team in San Francisco. This part-time, mobile-notary role is ideal for experienced signing agents who value accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional client service.
As a Notary Public with our team, you will provide reliable, on-site notarizations for a variety of clients, including individuals, lenders, and businesses. You will work with a professional support staff to ensure documents are correctly executed and stored in secure records.

Responsibility
- Perform notarial acts in compliance with California law and ethics
- Travel to client locations or arrange on-site signings as required
- Verify identity using approved methods and maintain accurate records
- Prepare, review, and notarize documents such as affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats
- Keep documents secure and confidential; protect client information
- Provide excellent customer service and clear explanations of processes
- Maintain notary commission and E&O insurance as required
Qualification
- Active California Notary Public commission in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of signing agent or notary experience
- Familiarity with California notary laws and e-notarization options
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Bay Area
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Background check and clean compliance history
- Able to use mobile devices and e-signature platforms
