Join our premier sports officiating network in London. We are seeking dedicated referees to officiate local leagues across football (soccer), basketball, and rugby. You will ensure fair play, enforce safety, apply game rules consistently, and manage match flow with clear, professional communication.

Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in accordance with league rules and match protocols.
- Enforce laws of the game, make timely decisions, and communicate clearly with players, coaches, and officials.
- Maintain player safety, address on-field disputes, and manage crowd and bench behavior.
- Collaborate with fellow officials and league staff; complete post-match reports accurately and promptly.
- Prepare for each match with pre-game checks of equipment, field conditions, and safety concerns.
- Continuously demonstrate professionalism, fitness, and fair play; adapt to varying levels of competition.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and stay updated on rule changes and officiating best practices.
Qualification
- Certification from a recognized governing body (e.g., FA Referee, RFU, or equivalent).
- Proven refereeing experience in amateur or semi-professional leagues.
- Strong knowledge of sport-specific laws and the ability to apply them impartially.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to officiate matches of varying durations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Availability for weekends and evenings; eligible to work in the UK.
