Job description
As a Controls Sales Engineer at Trane, you will play a crucial role in driving the modernization of our installed base. This exciting position involves visiting client sites in Shah Alam, Selangor to identify aging systems and recommending advanced control solutions.
Responsibility
- Evaluate client sites to assess current control systems
- Recommend advanced control solutions to enhance efficiency
- Develop proposals and present them to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized control solutions
- Provide technical support to clients during and after the sales process
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong technical background in HVAC systems preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
