Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items, following recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is presented and served according to company quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Assist in menu planning, portion control, and cost management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu items.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Cook or similar role in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
