Responsibility
- Advise clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state corporate regulations.
- Provide counsel on corporate governance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Represent clients in negotiations and high-stakes meetings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for due diligence and transaction execution.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate law at a reputable firm.
- Proven expertise in M&A, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
