Johnson & Kelly Consulting Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning experiences across our dynamic corporate environment in Dallas. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement in-person and virtual employee training programs
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions
- Develop multimedia training resources and e-learning modules
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure quality outcomes
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to employees and managers
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and training activities
- Stay updated on learning trends and best practices in corporate training
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or learning & development
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience designing training curriculum and e-learning content
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online training platforms
- Certification in Training & Development (CPTD, ATD, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
