We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our San Francisco team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people initiatives that accelerate performance, culture, and engagement across the organization.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, performance, and employee relations programs while ensuring compliance and scalable HR processes.

Responsibility

  • Partner with executives to translate business strategy into people initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
  • Lead workforce planning, capacity modeling, and organizational design to support rapid growth.
  • Design and implement talent management programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Oversee employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and HR policy governance.
  • Drive inclusive culture initiatives, compensation strategy, and performance management processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and maintain scalable HR operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a tech or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment laws and multi-state compliance.
  • Proven track record in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Experience with HRIS and people analytics; proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills; ability to work with senior leaders.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
