We are seeking a strategic Director of Organizational Development to design and lead transformative programs that elevate leadership, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibility

  • Lead design and execution of organization-wide OD strategies to improve performance, engagement, and culture.
  • Diagnose organizational capability gaps using data, surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.
  • Lead and coach large-scale change management initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs and coaching across multiple levels.
  • Facilitate executive sessions, team alignment workshops, and strategic planning offsites.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business leaders to design performance, succession, and talent management processes.
  • Establish dashboards and metrics to measure impact, ROI, and continuous improvement; iterate based on results.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or culture transformation within complex organizations.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering leadership development, coaching, and learning programs.
  • Experience with change management frameworks (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and managing large-scale initiatives.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills; strong stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in survey design, analytics, and program evaluation; ability to translate data into action.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to partner with executives and drive measurable business outcomes.
