- Monitor trends and metrics to refine talent strategies for optimal results.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions company-wide.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in talent management or related HR function.
- Strong knowledge of succession planning and employee development best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces.
- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
