OOm Pte Ltd is actively seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to accelerate our enterprise training business in Singapore. This is a high-impact, B2B sales role designed for professionals who want to shape how organizations train, develop, and empower their people. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close. You will collaborate with product and delivery teams to tailor training programs that address client objectives, from leadership development to technical upskilling. You will build a robust sales pipeline, manage opportunities in a CRM, forecast accurately, and communicate insights to leadership. You will also represent OOm at client meetings, deliver compelling demonstrations, and craft value-based proposals that demonstrate ROI and impact.

Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new enterprise customers for our corporate training programs, focusing on mid-market to large enterprises in Singapore.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM, track activities, leads, and forecast accurately.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and needs assessments to C-level and senior decision makers.
  • Negotiate and close multi-seat training engagements, including pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
  • Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns and with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and outcomes for clients.
  • Forecast revenue, set quarterly targets, and drive consistent pipeline growth to achieve annual quota.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our enterprise training offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position OOm effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 3+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software or training services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals with enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore market and HR/training needs is a plus.
