We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize professional development programs for our enterprise clients. You will build engaging curricula, deliver in-person and virtual sessions, and measure impact with data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and collaborates cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
As a key member of our learning team, you will partner with subject matter experts to translate business objectives into practical training that accelerates performance and growth. Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for corporate clients, across new hire onboarding, leadership development, and technical upskilling.
- Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to tailor curricula and learning objectives.
- Develop engaging instructor-led and digital learning materials, including slide decks, case studies, and interactive activities.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Measure learning outcomes using evaluations, assessments, and analytics; report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align training with business goals.
- Maintain and update curriculum based on feedback, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional training experience in corporate or B2B environments.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to design curricula and learning experiences using adult learning principles.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities; ability to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic) as needed.
- Bonus: relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, PMI-ACP).
