Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of corporate training programs aligned to client objectives.
- Perform needs assessments, audience analysis, and learning gap identification to tailor content.
- Develop engaging curricula, facilitator guides, slide decks, and performance support materials.
- Deliver in-person and virtual sessions with strong facilitation and adaptive coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, surveys, and observed performance improvements.
- Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and clients to iterate programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- Maintain an internal learning library in the LMS and curate up-to-date resources.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in professional or corporate training and facilitation.
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Strong experience with LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and e-learning development (Articulate Storyline, Rise).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable improvements.
