Responsibility

  • Lead design and delivery of engaging training programs across sales, customer success, leadership, and product adoption tracks.
  • Consult with clients to assess needs, define learning objectives, and map measurable outcomes aligned to business goals.
  • Develop instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand content using best practices in instructional design.
  • Co-facilitate sessions, mentor junior trainers, and provide constructive feedback to ensure program quality.
  • Evaluate learning impact through assessments, surveys, and performance data; report insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to maintain current, relevant content and knowledge bases.

Qualification
