Join Peak Skills Institute as a Professional Training Manager in Seattle. You will design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs that elevate performance across departments. Lead curriculum development, leverage adult-learning principles, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to create engaging training experiences for in-person and virtual audiences. This role blends instructional design, delivery, and program stewardship to ensure measurable results.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development.
- Translate business needs into scalable curricula using proven instructional design methodologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with job roles and performance metrics.
- Develop blended learning experiences, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and microlearning resources.
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, analytics, and feedback loops; report ROI to leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and internal teams for content production, LMS administration, and program governance.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, job aids, and knowledge bases.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast learning needs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field; Master is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development.
- Proven ability to design scalable curricula and deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, or TalentLMS) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure training impact and ROI.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed (up to 20%).
