Join NovaMind Learning Solutions, a premium provider of professional training programs for Fortune 500 clients. We seek a Senior Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that drive performance and measurable business outcomes.
You will partner with subject matter experts to create curricula, facilitate engaging sessions both in person and virtually, and steward a growing library of e-learning modules. Responsibility
- Design, develop and deliver immersive training programs aligned with client objectives
- Analyze client needs and translate them into clear learning objectives and curricula
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led sessions and virtual workshops for diverse audiences
- Create engaging e-learning modules using industry standard authoring tools
- Evaluate learning outcomes with metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales and client success to tailor programs
- Maintain and curate a scalable training library and ensure content accuracy
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Learning and Development or related field
- 5+ years of professional training experience in corporate or higher education
- Strong instructional design skills with ADDIE or SAM methodologies
- Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate and experience with an LMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication and confident presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines
- Travel up to 20 percent; PMP or CPLP certification is a plus
