Join Lumina Learning Solutions as a Senior Corporate Training Specialist and lead transformative learning programs for enterprise clients. We collaborate with subject-matter experts to craft engaging curricula and leverage modern delivery methods, including in-person workshops, live virtual sessions, and asynchronous e-learning. Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of professional training programs for corporate clients.
- Conduct needs analyses and translate business objectives into clear learning outcomes.
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual sessions with exceptional audience engagement.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create modules, materials, job aids, and assessment instruments.
- Evaluate training impact using Kirkpatrick levels and ROI metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage LMS content, track attendance, and maintain up-to-date catalogs.
- Mentor junior trainers, establish quality standards, and share best practices across teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of corporate training, facilitation, and curriculum development experience.
- Strong proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle) and authoring tools.
- Expertise in needs analysis, learning objectives, and assessment design.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Travel up to 20% may be required; certifications such as CPTD or CPLP are a plus.
