Job description

Power Mac Center is seeking a proactive Corporate Trainer to accelerate the performance of our sales teams through comprehensive training programs, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional customer experience. We welcome experienced educators and instructors from the academe who bring a solid foundation in instructional design, curriculum development, and classroom facilitation. The successful candidate will develop learning journeys, deliver engaging sessions, assess outcomes, and provide ongoing coaching and resources to ensure sustainable performance improvements. Key focus areas include designing and delivering training that aligns with business goals, orienting teams to the sales process, supporting coaching plans, and creating practical resources that sales associates can apply on the floor. The trainer will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to refresh content, coordinate schedules, and ensure content accuracy during product launches and promotions. The role may involve in-person training at our Pasig City location and occasional virtual sessions, with opportunities for career growth within a technology-forward employer.

Responsibility

  • Design and deliver engaging product and sales training programs for retail and corporate teams, aligned with business goals and customer experience standards.
  • Lead orientation sessions on the sales process, needs discovery, product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and closing strategies.
  • Develop personalized coaching plans and learning journeys for new hires and ongoing staff development, with clear milestones and feedback.
  • Create and maintain training resources, job aids, cheat sheets, and e-learning modules aligned with product launches and promotions.
  • Assess training effectiveness using metrics such as knowledge checks, performance data, and sales KPIs; report insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate training schedules across locations, collaborating with store managers and regional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refresh content, ensure accuracy, and align with branding and campaigns.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate training, preferably in technology retail or with educators from the academe.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment of learning outcomes.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, retail operations, and customer-centric selling techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with LMS, e-learning tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms.
