Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs tailored to corporate clients’ needs.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops using industry best practices.
- Evaluate and assess training effectiveness, measuring ROI and learner outcomes.
- Adapt materials and teaching strategies to diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Collaborate with clients to identify skill gaps and develop customized solutions.
- Utilize eLearning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants post-training.
- Stay informed on emerging professional development trends and tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficient with eLearning platforms and virtual training tools.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to tailor content for various industries and professional levels.
- Certification in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is highly desirable.
