Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for corporate clients in-person and virtually.
- Assess client learning needs and create customized learning solutions using industry best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy and relevancy.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of industry trends and incorporate innovative learning technologies.
- Support client onboarding and provide ongoing consultancy to improve organizational performance.
- Document program outcomes and prepare detailed post-training evaluations and reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional or corporate training.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to create and deliver adult learning solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS).
- Certification in Training & Development or equivalent (e.g., CPTD) preferred.
- Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
