Lumina Learning Solutions seeks a results-driven Corporate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for a global audience. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze needs, develop engaging curricula, and measure impact. Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of corporate training programs aligned with business goals
- Perform needs analysis and audience profiling to tailor content
- Develop engaging curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Deliver in-person and virtual sessions to cross-functional teams
- Assess learning outcomes using metrics and post-training evaluations
- Collaborate with SMEs to keep content current and relevant
- Coach instructors and facilitators to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage LMS content, track progress, and report ROI to leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate training or instructional design experience
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
- Proven facilitation and public speaking skills
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo)
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure training impact
- Excellent collaboration and project management abilities
