Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for professionals at all levels.
- Assess client learning gaps and recommend effective instructional strategies.
- Evaluate, measure, and report on training effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously update course content to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Coach and mentor employees to support ongoing professional development.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create targeted learning materials.
- Maintain thorough documentation of training curricula and participation records.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience delivering professional training programs in a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to develop creative and impactful training materials.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise with LMS platforms and virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPLP, ATD) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes.
