Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs tailored for corporate clients.
- Assess organizational learning needs and recommend innovative training solutions.
- Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual workshops using adult learning principles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop engaging instructional materials, including eLearning modules and training guides.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure training offerings are cutting-edge and competitive.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or talent development.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, both online and in-person.
- Proficiency in instructional design and eLearning authoring tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD) is an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a client-focused, results-driven environment.
