- Maintain security of facilities by patrolling assigned areas and controlling access points
- Monitor inmate behavior and conduct regular counts, searches, and inspections

- Enforce rules and provide guidance to inmates in accordance with policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with security teams, healthcare, and administrative staff to ensure safety and order
- Prepare incident and progress reports, update logs, and participate in shift handovers
- Provide customer service to staff and visitors while maintaining a respectful, professional demeanor

Qualification
