PSI Sports Inc is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Country Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales operations in Makati City, Metro Manila. Responsibility
- Lead, develop, and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor the national sales team to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive business operations.
- Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Strong network and experience in the sports, FMCG, or retail sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
