Responsibility

  • Lead, develop, and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor the national sales team to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive business operations.
  • Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ in a senior or managerial capacity.
  • Strong network and experience in the sports, FMCG, or retail sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
