Responsibility
- Operate and control cranes according to operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform pre shift inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Coordinate with site team to lift, move and position loads safely
- Read and interpret load diagrams and lift plans
- Ensure the working area is clear of hazards and maintain positive communication with riggers and signalers
- Document activities and report any issues or defects
- Assist with training and onboarding of new crane operators
- Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies
Qualification
- Previous experience operating cranes or heavy equipment is preferred
- Basic safety training and certifications relevant to construction and lifting operations
- Ability to read diagrams, plans, and instruction manuals
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors on construction sites
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Willingness to learn and undergo training provided by the company
- Singapore work authorization or eligibility to work in Singapore
