Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end production planning for multiple projects across film, TV, and digital formats.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with writers, directors, editors, designers, and post-production teams to ensure alignment with creative briefs.
  • Manage vendor relations, contracts, and procurement, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee creative quality control, continuity, and compliance with safety and legal guidelines.
  • Track progress, prepare status reports, and present milestones to stakeholders and executives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of production, development, or storytelling experience in entertainment.
  • Strong budget management, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
