NovaPulse Entertainment is seeking a results-driven Creative Producer to lead development and production coordination for film and television projects. Based in Los Angeles, this role blends creative oversight with project management, budget stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will help shape ideas, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of premium content that resonates with global audiences.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production from concept to delivery, ensuring the creative vision and schedule are met.
- Develop and manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with development, creative, post-production, legal, and finance teams to align milestones.
- Scout and negotiate with vendors, casting agencies, location teams, and talent representatives.
- Identify risks, quality issues, and compliance requirements; implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee script notes, story development, and revisions to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate post-production workflows, asset delivery, and distribution handoff.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in production, development, or project management within entertainment.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and adaptive mindset.
- Knowledge of clearance, rights, and union considerations (SAG-AFTRA beneficial).
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Frame.io, Shotgun, etc.).
