Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive credit investigations on applicants and counterparties to assess creditworthiness and risk level.
- Verify and analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and other supporting documents.
- Perform due diligence on credit applications, including income verification and employment history.
- Assess repayment capacity, debt service coverage, and exposure to potential losses.
- Prepare clear, data-driven risk assessment reports for underwriting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to recommend credit limits and terms aligned with risk tolerance.
- Maintain accurate case files, track loan maturity, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on credit analysis, risk assessment, or underwriting support.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management; experience with financial software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, and cash flow analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ethical, discreet, and able to handle confidential information in a regulatory environment.
