BFI Finance Indonesia is expanding its credit marketing team with a dedicated Credit Marketing Officer for Agency Car at the Cibinong branch. You will partner with car dealers and agency networks to source prospective borrowers, present compelling auto financing options, and guide applicants through the credit process. As part of the role you will represent the brand in the field, build trust with customers, and ensure a smooth application experience from first contact to approval and disbursement. You will manage the end to end lifecycle of auto loan applications, coordinate with risk and approvals teams, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Responsibility

  • Actively source and qualify potential customers for auto financing through agency partnerships and direct outreach.
  • Present financing options, collect documents, and guide applicants through the credit approval process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, sales agents, and customers to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to assess credit risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics; meet or exceed monthly quotas.
  • Manage the end to end loan application lifecycle from intake to disbursement and post sale support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on outstanding documents, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Qualification

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in credit marketing, consumer financing, or automotive sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Familiarity with basic loan underwriting, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a field sales role.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data-driven reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to branch locations and client sites.
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment and changing product offerings.
