Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers for agency car financing through dealers, showroom networks, referrals, and field outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, sales teams, and partners to maximize loan opportunities.
  • Assess creditworthiness and collect required documentation to support timely approvals while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Present clear financing options to customers, tailor solutions to individual needs, and close sales with integrity.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and prepare timely reports on pipeline and activity.
  • Coordinate with operations, risk, and collections teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of financed customers.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support, handle customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales or finance.
  • Proven experience in sales or credit marketing, preferably in auto financing or consumer finance.
  • Solid knowledge of car financing products, underwriting processes, and credit assessment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Target-driven with a proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong multitasking ability.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office; ability to manage a sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Willingness to be stationed at or travel between Jakarta branches, and to meet customers at dealers or sites as needed.
  • Eligible to work in Indonesia and able to comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
