As a Crew Driver, you will act as the face of our brand during service hours. Responsibilities include driving the food truck to designated locations, preparing and presenting attractive food and beverage offerings, taking orders, and ensuring accurate cash handling where applicable. You will also maintain rigorous hygiene and food safety practices, perform basic vehicle inspections, and coordinate restocking and inventory with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibility
- Drive and operate the JCO Food Truck to scheduled locations, ensuring on-time service and safe driving practices.
- Prepare, assemble, and present donuts and beverages while adhering to brand standards and portion control.
- Take customer orders, process payments when required, and deliver a friendly, memorable guest experience.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene, clean workstations, and sanitize equipment between shifts.
- Perform basic vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, and keep the truck stocked and organized.
- Coordinate with team members to manage inventory, restock supplies, and set up the service area for each location.
- Follow route plans, schedules, and communication protocols to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Represent the brand positively at events and locations, building lasting customer relationships.
Qualification
- Previous experience in food service, delivery, or mobile vending is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, drive, and lift up to 25 kg.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Basic math skills and comfort with cash handling or POS systems.
- Knowledge of Jakarta area and traffic patterns is a plus.
