Responsibility

  • Lead the development and governance of a comprehensive crisis management program across client engagements.
  • Design and implement incident response plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional crisis communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement during incidents.
  • Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and tabletop exercises to validate readiness.
  • Oversee crisis drills, training, and simulations to improve organizational resilience.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, including executive briefings and post incident reviews.
  • Partner with security, IT, operations, and legal teams to ensure cohesive response capabilities.
  • Lead after action reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in business, risk management, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years in crisis management, incident response, business continuity, or emergency management.
