Join Apex Resilience Group, a leading international firm dedicated to protecting organizations during high-stakes events. We are seeking a strategic Crisis Management Lead to design and oversee end-to-end crisis response programs across global operations.
In this role you will partner with executive leadership to craft proactive resilience strategies, lead incident command during crises, manage internal and external communications, and drive continuous improvement through drills and post-crisis reviews. The ideal candidate blends executive presence with hands-on execution and a track record of demonstrated impact in fast-paced environments.

Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global crisis response plans and playbooks.
- Establish and run the incident command structure during crises; coordinate with security, IT, operations, communications, and legal teams.
- Proactively monitor risk indicators, run scenario planning, and oversee drills to validate preparedness.
- Oversee crisis communications, providing clear messaging to stakeholders, employees, customers, regulators, and media.
- Coordinate rapid decision-making, resource allocation, and escalation processes to minimize impact.
- Lead post-crisis reviews, capture lessons, and drive continuous improvement across processes and controls.
- Partner with business continuity and resilience functions to align response with recovery objectives and business goals.
Qualification
- 10+ years in crisis management, business continuity, risk, or incident response, preferably in regulated industries.
- Strong track record leading cross-functional teams during high-stakes events.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with experience interfacing with C-suite and board members.
- Proven ability to develop and implement crisis playbooks, drills, and escalation protocols.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in metrics, reporting, and post-incident analysis.
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or professional certifications (CISM, CBCP, BCM) preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed and operate across multiple time zones.
