Join a premier risk and crisis management team as the Crisis Management Lead. You will architect and coordinate enterprise-wide incident response, business continuity, and crisis communications to protect people, operations, and reputation.
In this high-impact role, you will partner with executives, operations, security, legal, and communications to develop robust playbooks, lead exercises, and drive continuous improvement across global programs.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of crisis management plans, playbooks, and incident response procedures across the enterprise.
- Direct cross-functional crisis response teams during incidents, coordinating communications, operations, and decision-making.
- Oversee the Incident Command System (ICS) or equivalent framework, ensuring clear roles, authority, and resource allocation.
- Design, implement, and run regular training, tabletop exercises, and simulations to strengthen readiness.
- Collaborate with executives, security, legal, public affairs, and external partners on risk communications and reputation management.
- Conduct post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and action tracking to close gaps and improve resilience.
- Monitor early warning signals, risk indicators, and business impact analyses to detect and respond to emerging crises.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Security, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in crisis management, incident response, business continuity, or security.
- Proficiency with Incident Command System (ICS), BC/DR frameworks, and crisis communications protocols.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Proven track record managing high-stakes incidents and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Experience designing and leading tabletop exercises and training programs.
- Certifications such as FEMA/ICS, CISM, CBCP, or equivalent are a plus.
