Join NexaResilience, a leading provider of crisis management and business continuity solutions. We are seeking a proactive, strategic Crisis Management Lead to drive enterprise resilience, oversee incident response, and coordinate cross functional crisis communications. You will partner with executive leadership to design and implement robust plans that protect people, assets, and reputation during high stakes events. This role offers the opportunity to shape client strategies and deploy state of the art crisis readiness programs across industries including finance, tech, and manufacturing.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain enterprise crisis management framework, playbooks, and incident response protocols.
- Lead cross functional crisis response during events; coordinate with security, operations, communications, legal, and HR teams.
- Plan and execute table top exercises and drills; measure readiness; identify gaps and drive remediation.
- Oversee crisis communications strategy including internal and external messaging, spokesperson coaching, and media relations.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments; perform business impact analysis and maintain risk registers.
- Advise C suite on risk prioritization and recovery strategies; present findings to boards and executives.
- Build and mentor resilience teams; develop training programs and promote a culture of preparedness.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Security, Business Continuity, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of crisis management, incident response, security, or business continuity in enterprise settings.
- Proven track record leading crisis response during significant events; strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience briefing executives and handling media relations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO 22301, NIST, GDPR HIPAA as applicable).
- Project management and tabletop exercise design experience; able to manage complex programs.
- Relevant certifications such as CISM CBCI ISO 22301 LA or similar are a plus.
