NovaResilience Global is seeking a seasoned Crisis Management Lead to architect and steer enterprise-wide crisis response and resilience programs. This role partners with executives to prepare for, respond to, and recover from high-impact events across industries.
As a trusted advisor, you will design incident response structures, run training and simulations, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident analysis and reporting.
Key opportunities include shaping executive communications, aligning business continuity with strategic priorities, and building a culture of resilience across functions.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, maintenance, and execution of the organization's crisis management framework, playbooks, and incident command structure.
- Coordinate cross-functional crisis teams during high-severity events, ensuring rapid decision-making and clear accountability.
- Develop and deliver training programs, tabletop exercises, and simulations for executives and frontline staff.
- Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning to protect critical operations and supply chains.
- Monitor risk indicators, manage early-warning signals, and provide timely, accurate status updates to stakeholders.
- Lead post-incident reviews, root cause analyses, and lessons-learned reports to drive measurable improvements.
- Lead crisis communications with internal and external audiences, including spokesperson support and media coordination.
- Collaborate with security, IT, legal, finance, operations, and external partners to ensure cohesive response.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in crisis management, business continuity, risk management, or related areas; leadership of incident responses.
- Strong understanding of incident command principles and crisis governance; experience running major incidents.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to guide executives under pressure.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, business impact analysis, project management, and data analytics; experience with GRC tools.
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, CIRM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and travel as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
