Responsibility
- Develop thematic exhibition concepts and long-term program strategy.
- Conduct in-depth artists' research, provenance checks, and catalogue preparation.
- Project manage all exhibition aspects from concept to installation and closing reception.
- Collaborate with lenders, artists, gallerists, museums, and institutions to secure loans and partnerships.
- Write wall texts, labels, and catalog essays; coordinate with Marketing for PR and press.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments; monitor expenses and fundraising goals.
- Supervise interns and collaborate on educational programming, tours, and community outreach.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of curatorial experience in galleries or museums.
- Demonstrated track record of successful exhibitions and substantial scholarly research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong wall text and catalog writing.
- Deep knowledge of contemporary art; established network with artists, lenders, and institutions.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and deadline-driven planning abilities.
- Proficiency in provenance research, art handling standards, and risk management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
