BrightPath Learning is seeking a talented Curriculum Designer to join our Education Technology team in Seattle. You will design engaging, standards-aligned curricula for online and blended learning programs, with emphasis on STEM and 21st-century skills.
As a core member of our curriculum team, you will translate subject matter expertise into student-centered content, assessments, and learning experiences that inspire discovery and mastery.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of K-12 and higher-ed curricula aligned to state and national standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and product teams to create modular, reusable learning objectives.
- Create engaging learning materials: modules, video scripts, assessments, and rubrics.
- Apply instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and universal design for learning.
- Design formative and summative assessments with clear analytic rubrics.
- Review and revise content based on pilot feedback and learner data.
- Support localization and ongoing content updates to stay current with evolving standards and technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of curriculum development, instructional design, or education technology experience.
- Strong knowledge of standards with experience in NGSS and Common Core a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum maps, learning modules, and assessments.
- Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle).
- Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear content.
- Experience with accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG) and data-driven content revisions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote or hybrid environment.
