We are seeking a Curriculum Designer to develop high quality, standards-aligned instructional materials for our digital platforms.
In this role you will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and engineers to create compelling units, activities, assessments, and teacher guides. You will translate learning objectives into practical, scaffolded lessons that support diverse learners.
Responsibilities include shaping curriculum frameworks, ensuring alignment with Common Core and state standards, and applying evidence-based instructional practices. You will advocate for accessibility, equity, and inclusive design in every module.

Responsibility
- Lead development of standards aligned curricula for online and blended learning programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging units and learning activities
- Translate learning objectives into practical lesson plans, rubrics, and assessments
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across all materials
- Apply data driven insights to iterate and improve content
- Maintain documentation and version control for curriculum materials
- Partner with product, engineering, and teacher success teams to deliver scalable solutions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design or a related field
- 3+ years in curriculum development for K-12 or higher education
- Strong knowledge of standards such as Common Core or state standards
- Experience with instructional design methodologies and learning science
- Proficiency with authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple projects
