Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and communicate value effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging, scripts, and campaign effectiveness for higher conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and provide timely updates on progress toward targets.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified leads and conversions while maintaining high-quality interactions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new customers.

Qualification
