Glodon Software is a leading innovator in construction digitalization, providing powerful tools for estimating, project controls, and collaboration. We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist with a Quantity Surveyor background to help our clients in Kuala Lumpur maximize value from our platform.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to construction teams, owners, and contractors who rely on accurate quantity surveying data and workflow automation. You will bridge the gap between client needs and product capabilities, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and realization of business outcomes.
You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, training, and ongoing support that reduces time-to-value and increases customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Onboard new clients and conduct effective training to ensure rapid value realization with Glodon’s estimation and project controls modules.
- Serve as primary technical liaison between customers and product/engineering teams.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable configurations and demonstrations.
- Monitor customer health signals and drive renewals and opportunities for expansion.
- Provide quantity surveying insights to support proposals, cost estimation, and budgeting within the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to deliver tailored implementations and success plans.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product teams to inform roadmap and bug fixes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of practical experience as a quantity surveyor, cost estimator, or similar role.
- Experience with construction software, ERP, or digital collaboration tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret cost data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Malay is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work across regional time zones if needed.
