Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Ensure proper stock levels of bar supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Create a positive guest experience through friendly and attentive service
- Assist team members and support daily bar operations as needed
Qualification
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary drink recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage
