Job description

Pinnacle Builders LLC is seeking a results-driven Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for commercial and multi-family projects in the Dallas area. You will join a high-performing team that values safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily on-site operations, safety, quality control, and productivity to meet schedule milestones.
  • Develop, monitor, and update the construction schedule in collaboration with the project team.
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards, implement site safety programs, and conduct toolbox talks.
  • Coordinate trades, deliveries, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor performance to minimize field conflicts.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections, ensure ITPs are followed, and prepare for commissioning and turnover.
  • Collaborate with the project manager, superintendents, and stakeholders to promptly resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, permits, and local building codes; lead closeout, punch lists, and project handover.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of site supervision experience on commercial or multi-family construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; or equivalent field experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards (OSHA), and building codes (IBC).
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid/Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications, perform QA/QC, and manage ITPs and submittals.
  • OSHA 30 certifications; PMP or CCM is a plus; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Dallas area.
