Responsibility
- Lead and choreograph daily dance classes across levels (Beginner to Advanced).
- Design engaging curriculums and progressive lesson plans.
- Mentor students on technique, performance, and artistic expression.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors on showcases and productions.
- Monitor class safety, warm-ups, and injury prevention.
- Manage class scheduling, attendance, and studio operations.
- Prepare students for recitals and community events.
- Provide constructive feedback and track progress.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Dance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of teaching experience in multiple dance styles (e.g., ballet, contemporary, hip-hop).
- Strong stage presence, musicality, and ability to choreograph.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different ages and skill levels.
- Knowledge of injury prevention and safe stretching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment and lead masterclasses.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
