Responsibility
- Lead dynamic dance classes for beginner to advanced students across multiple styles
- Develop progressive curricula, warmups, and cooldowns aligned to studio standards
- Provide precise technical feedback and individualized coaching
- Choreograph original routines for showcases and community events
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate attendance and records
- Collaborate with marketing and front desk teams to promote programs
- Ensure safe practice and injury prevention through proper technique
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in dance and performance
- Strong proficiency in ballet and contemporary technique
- Ability to choreograph and adapt to skill levels
- Excellent communication, classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment
- Professional performance experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Available to teach evenings and weekends
