You will work with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of quality.

Responsibility
- Lead on-site construction activities for data center facilities across Malaysia, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate civil, structural, and MEP trades; manage subcontractors and daily site activities.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets; track procurement and material deliveries.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental programs; conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements; support value engineering and quality control.
- Manage change control, risk mitigation, and commissioning readiness; ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to maintain clear, proactive communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale data center, critical infrastructure, or equivalent projects; site supervision and delivery roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (OSH/Malaysian regulations), QA/QC processes, and commissioning.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and BIM awareness; ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and quality; proactive problem solving and risk assessment.
- Willingness to travel between project sites and work on-site in Malaysia as required.
