Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad assets.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve clients’ KPIs.
- Generate clear, professional reports to communicate results and strategies to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Support new business initiatives with campaign recommendations and insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of targeting, segmentation, and audience strategies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
- Certifications in Google, Facebook/Meta, or similar platforms are a plus.
