Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze global political developments shaping US foreign policy and international security.
  • Design and execute diplomatic engagement strategies for multilateral forums (UN, EU, NATO) and bilateral dialogues.
  • Prepare briefs, position papers, talking points, and negotiation materials for senior leaders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the organization at high-level diplomacy events, summits, and delegations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement with government officials, ambassadors, and international partners; manage confidential relationships and communications.
  • Conduct geopolitical risk assessments and policy scenario planning to inform recommendations.
  • Collaborate with research teams to publish policy analyses and contribute to media and public diplomacy initiatives.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Law, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of diplomacy, foreign policy, or multilateral negotiation experience.
  • Deep understanding of US foreign policy and multilateral diplomacy (UN, EU, NATO).
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of policy influence and stakeholder management; strong network with government and diplomatic communities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-30% of the time.
